Rachel spent three years as an engineer with PCL Construction in Denver. During that tenure, her project experience included interior tenant finish work, ground-up office building construction, school renovation projects for Denver Public Schools, and civil/infrastructure work. She also spent time performing preconstruction activities including cost estimating, contractor pricing solicitations, and scheduling. Her project responsibilities at TWP include design consultant and contractor procurement, proposal analysis, entitlement management, budget management, scheduling, construction document review, and overall construction management from project fruition through closeout. Rachel’s primary focus at TWP has included life science buildings, civil/infrastructure, office space, hospitality, and multifamily. Rachel is heavily involved with CREW and has served on the Board of Directors for many years. She is also on the Steering Committee for Deja Vu Rendezvous which supports the Center for Inclusive Design and Engineering. A Denver native, Rachel studied for her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture at Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design.
