The SMPS Colorado Senior Leadership Roundtable is a collaborative peer group of senior marketing and business development leaders intended to foster a support forum for SMPS members who may be facing similar career and business challenges. By bringing together accomplished leaders, we aim to create an environment conducive to valuable conversations on leadership experiences and the qualities that define successful leaders in the A/E/C industry.

Participants will have the opportunity to delve into lessons learned, share best practices and challenges, and engage in discussions that go beyond the surface, all within a safe and confidential space. This roundtable promises to be an enriching platform for senior professionals to connect, reflect, and gain insights from others who have navigated similar paths in marketing and business development roles within the A/E/C industry.

To participate in the Senior Leadership Roundtable, we ask the following:

• Active SMPS Colorado membership
• A minimum of 10 years of industry experience AND/OR leadership positions at firm

To foster an environment conducive to fair and collaborative conversations, we are limiting registrations to 10 participants.
