Katy is a 25-year construction Veteran focusing on the proven and new markets in Colorado and Nationally for GEJ a DPR construction company. She focuses on Healthcare, Life Sciences, Advanced Tech, Higher Education, and Commercial. Her background in Construction Management and Operations for her first 15 years in the industry helps bring structure to the “Get Work” side of our business with an emphasis on strategy, market engagement, and relationships. Her passion is leading high-performing teams from initial lead inception through an exceptional client experience. Katy also sits on two nonprofit boards; Easter Seals of Colorado and Craig Hospital as she is energized by philanthropy and helping others. She is also a mom of two boys Carson and Bennett who play club baseball year-round!

Health Principal and Health Practice Leader of HDR's Colorado studio is an accomplished healthcare design professional with nearly 30 years of experience. With a background in interior design and a WELL AP accreditation holder, she understands the importance of prioritizing environment and occupant wellness in the design process. Cherie’s design perspective is firmly rooted in patient-centered spaces or designing from the occupant’s perspective. As President-Elect of the Colorado chapter of the Association for Medical Facilities Professionals (AMFP), Cherie is deeply involved in the healthcare design community. Her years of experience throughout Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, and Wyoming has contributed to her passion for behavioral and rural healthcare projects. Known for her strong relational skills, Cherie’s strengths include fostering collaboration among project teams, putting ideas into action, and inspiring others to rally around a cause, idea, or each other.

Chuck Brown

Chuck Brown, the Chief Executive Officer of Align Health, has been a driving force in the ASC industry for over two decades. Chuck gained experience in ASC consulting, development and operations through his various positions with several ASC Management companies, including co-founding and serving as Chief Development Officer of Atlas Healthcare Partners. Chuck has a deep understanding of the operational, financial and regulatory challenges faced by ASCs and works hard with the Align team to develop unique solutions to these issues. He also understands the intricacies of hospital operations, physician joint ventures and healthcare strategy through his hospital leadership experience. Chuck's dedication to excellence and patient care has been recognized through numerous accolades, including Bethesda Butler Hospital's recognition as a top hospital for patient satisfaction and safety. As Align Health's CEO, Chuck is committed to aligning the company's goals and incentives with those of its physician partners, ensuring continued growth and success in the ASC industry.

Katelyn Grimsbo

Katelyn has been with CommonSpirit Health since 2017, where she started as a summer intern working on special projects for the CEO. Since then, Katelyn has served in varying roles including having responsibility for CommonSpirit’s strategic partners across the region and being a Director of Strategy focused on strategic planning, mergers & acquisition due diligence, Master Facility Planning strategic support and service line strategy. Currently, Katelyn is Vice President of Strategy and Growth focused on Greater Colorado and Kansas markets. Katelyn received her B.A. in Biochemistry from Baylor University and her Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) from Cornell University. In her spare time, Katelyn enjoys the great Colorado outdoors with her family and depending on the season you can find them skiing, mountain biking, or hiking.
