Clare Kelly, MS, CPSM, is a principal consultant with FUSE Marketing. She collaborates with owners, and marketing and BD professionals in the built environment to help them grow their businesses with effective, thoughtful, and measurable marketing strategies. She brings a never-ending curiosity to client relationships and projects, seeking to uncover opportunity and create a spark that will ignite growth for all. Clare holds a Master’s in Marketing from Regis University, has 17 years of experience as an A/E/C marketer, and a background in graphic design for B2B clients.

Frank Lippert, FSMPS, CPSM
Founder/Partner
GO Strategies

Frank Lippert, FSMPS, CPSM, is the founder of GO Strategies. He provides strategic pursuit planning, strategic market capture planning, and the functional seller/doer training to clients throughout the US. Frank is all about helping teams work more effectively and more efficiently with processes, schedules, and tools that keep A/E/C firms’ business development strategy and marketing efforts on track. Throughout his 30 years in the A/E/C industry, Frank has worked at small, medium, large, and mega-sized engineering companies. Frank has served as the SMPS National Board chapter delegate and national president.

Jennifer Shelby, CPSM
Strategic Marketing Manager
IMEG (formerly Architectural Engineers)

Jennifer Shelby, CPSM, is a strategic marketing manager for IMEG’s Boston office with more than 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, and public relations for the A/E/C industries. She is currently focused on increasing IMEG’s visibility and position in several markets. A natural storyteller with an aptitude for uncovering key differentiators, Jennifer is responsible for creating content, establishing brand position, enforcing quality, and building relationships. She has been a member of SMPS for 17 years and has served on several SMPS National and Boston committees, including the recent Blueprints 3.0 refresh. She is a graduate of Boston College and attended post-graduate courses at the Rhode Island School of Design.

Lee Jarboe, FSMPS, CPSM
President of Client Solutions
JE Dunn Construction

Lee D. Jarboe, FSMPS, CPSM, is Vice President of Client Solutions for JE Dunn Construction in Atlanta, GA. Lee has been an active member of SMPS Atlanta since joining in 2002 and was named New Member of the Year in 2003. She has served SMPS Atlanta as the Director of Membership, Treasurer, President-Elect, President and Immediate Past President respectively.  During her tenure as President, Lee established the Georgia A/E/C Leadership Roundtable whose motivation was to provide a voluntary forum for the exchange of ideas and coordination of activities among A/E/C associations in Georgia. She has also served SMPS National on the Marketing and Communications Awards Committee and as Co-chair, the National Certification Committee, the Blueprints Committee and as Chair. Lee continues to give back to the A/E/C industry through her involvement with SPIKE Studio.
