In August, we will explore Transit Oriented Developments and Transporta tion/Infrastructure Updates for Colorado, as mobility that infrastructure c reates is the backbone of a strong economy, and the foundation for new cons truction projects.
Policy updates are in the pipeline for Transit Ori ented Developments (TODs) in the City of Denver. A new Transportation Deman d Management (TDM) policy is currently in process with the City and should be approved in the coming months. The City will present what prompted the n eed for this policy and what it means for existing and future construction projects in Denver. Hear the perspective of private real estate industry an d local government leaders as they discuss the benefits of TDM and how cons truction projects may need to change to accommodate it. Smarter use of exis ting transportation infrastructure is the foundation of more sustainable ci ties and Denver is looking to lead the way in Colorado. Join SMPS Colorado for this discussion and the opportunity to virtually connect with your A/E/ C peers.
