The SMPS Colorado Senior Leadership Roundtable is a peer group for senior marketing and business development leaders, providing support for members facing similar career and business challenges. In 2026, the quarterly events will explore various trends impacting A/E/C professionals. 

Our second session will focus on best practices. Participants are encouraged to come prepared to share one or two strategies, processes or approaches they believe they do exceptionally well, and to walk the group through how those practices have driven results. This session is designed as a collaborative exchange, giving attendees the opportunity to both teach and learn from peers facing comparable challenges.

By bringing together accomplished leaders, we aim to create an environment conducive to valuable conversations on leadership experiences and the qualities that define successful leaders in the A/E/C industry. Participants will have the opportunity to delve into lessons learned, share best practices and challenges, and engage in discussions that go beyond the surface, all within a safe and confidential space.

To participate in the Senior Leadership Roundtable, we ask the following:

• Active SMPS Colorado membership
• A minimum of 10 years of industry experience AND/OR leadership positions at firm
• A passion for transforming business through marketing leadership.
