Quarterly Senior Roundtable

The SMPS Colorado Senior Leadership Roundtable is a peer group for senior marketing and business development leaders, providing support for members facing similar career and business challenges. In 2026, the quarterly events will explore trends impacting A/E/C professionals.

Our first session will be a “What’s on Your Mind” format, focusing on trends, triumphs, and challenges from the first quarter of 2026.

By bringing together accomplished leaders, we aim to create an environment conducive to valuable conversations on leadership experiences and the qualities that define successful leaders in the A/E/C industry. Participants will have the opportunity to delve into lessons learned, share best practices and challenges, and engage in discussions that go beyond the surface, all within a safe and confidential space.

To participate in the Senior Leadership Roundtable, we ask the following:

  • Active SMPS Colorado membership
  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience AND/OR leadership positions at firm
  • A passion for transforming business through marketing leadership.

Key Takeaways:

  • Gain peer-based insight into current A/E/C trends by participating in candid discussions on the strategic, market, and leadership issues shaping the first quarter of 2026.
  • Strengthen leadership perspective and decision-making through facilitated conversations that explore what effective leadership looks like at the senior level in the A/E/C industry.
  • Benchmark best practices and approaches with leaders facing similar organizational and career-stage challenges, helping attendees validate or refine their own strategies
