Brennan Gerle
Creative Director
Small Giants

As visual media manager, Brennan leads the company’s visual media department, focusing on branding consistency and quality control for video, drone and photography projects. Accustomed to working in fast-paced environments to create high-quality, widely-distributed productions, Brennan collaborates to identify client goals then produces tailored visual projects that meet client needs while maintaining their brand.

Brennan’s experience began in the entertainment industry where he worked in video, film and TV for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Small Giants, Brennan managed a team of producers, editors, motion graphics artists and video professionals. In that position, he developed and managed video content to be distributed globally. He also helped build brands and marketing strategies for large companies.

Brennan has a degree in recording arts from Full Sail University in Florida. Outside of Small Giants, he enjoys spending time with his family, writing music, photography and weightlifting.

Brianna Nessler
Marketing Manager
Small Giants

Brianna Nessler, Marketing Manager, has been with Small Giants since 2014. She creates a collaborative environment with each team member, which fosters successful client strategies and repeatedly translates into impactful marketing initiatives. She believes Small Giants’ core value of “IMPACT” helps clients build brand worth and forge their own legacy.


Brianna has eight years of industry experience, an OSHA 10-hour Construction Training certification, and she was the first person to receive a Section 333 Exemption-Drone pilot certification. Her dedicated involvement in the CRE industry through multiple board, association, and committee memberships lead to being named an Emerging Leader of the Year by the Phoenix Business Journal. Brianna was also included in the Engineering News-Record’s ENR Southwest’s 2018 Top Young Professionals list.
