In this time of the viral pandemic, nearly everyone finds their professional and personal lives changed. This event will focus on exploring the transitions everyone experiences in their personal and professional lives, especially applied to current transitions related to the epidemic.

Learning Objectives
Participants will learn a simple and useable framework for recognizing the phases of transitions and be provided concrete strategies for dealing with them and navigating them successfully.

Dr. Martina (Marti) Schulte
Community Physician Consulting, President

Dr. Schulte created Community Physician Consulting (CPC) in 2014 while practicing primary care internal medicine. Through CPC, Marti coaches individuals and organizations on issues of burnout, work engagement and personal and professional fulfillment. She focuses are on creating healthy work environments and helping individuals thrive in their personal and professional lives. Marti received her executive coaching certificate from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management. She attended the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and did her internal medicine training at the University of Colorado.

Before the pandemic, she shared her time between Denver and New York, where her husband works. Now they work remotely together in Denver. She is the proud mother of three, millennial daughters.
