Cheryle Powell, Vice President, Rocky Mountain Commercial Advisors, LLC

Cheryle is a native of Colorado. Born at the old Saint Anthony’s hospital by Sloans Lake she was raised in Longmont. She left to attend Metropolitan State University and received dual Bachelor of Arts and now resides in Golden. Cheryle has over 25 years of experience in the medical industry, starting her career as an orthopedic sales director/distributor moving into regional sales manager positions and after working for a large international brokerage firm she recently moved to her current position of Vice President of Rocky Mountain Commercial Advisors. Rocky Mountain Commercial Advisors, LLC (RMCA), is a commercial real estate advisory service for business owners and healthcare providers and has an office in Golden. Cheryle provides assistance in leasing, acquisition and disposition, investment analysis, site selection and development services to her clients. Her goal is to eliminate the confusing and challenging process of finding the right space, property or investment for businesses. Her vision is to become a resource to Golden business owners and assist with the community’s vision to grow our infrastructure while maintaining our dynamic history and beautiful environment.

Paul Kramer, Healthcare Project Director, NV5

As Healthcare Project Director, Paul Kramer oversees NV5’s national healthcare Program Management portfolio.  His responsibilities include business development, and oversight of all healthcare related initiatives for the Program 0000Management offices.  Before joining NV5, Paul worked with several nationally recognized architectural firms as a project manager supporting capital improvement projects in long-term and acute healthcare facilities throughout the eastern United States. 

With more than 30 years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager and Architect,  Paul brings an in-depth knowledge of the requirements of these complex initiatives. With his focus and understanding of the planning and design process, Paul works with his team and clients to develop efficient, cost effective delivery methods that are unique and effective for each specific project.

Paul received his Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Notre Dame where he worked with several of the campus publications as a staff photographer, and sailed competitively with the University’s club team. After graduation, Paul served as an intern director with the AIA, and on the board of a non-profit housing advocacy group in the Cleveland, Ohio area.  He regularly participates in national Healthcare conferences sponsored by The Center for Health Design and ASHE, and has spoken on the topic of project delivery in a number of venues.

Beyond work, Paul enjoys skiing, biking, and spending time in the outdoors with his family.

   

Lindsley Whitley, Percival Health Advisors

Lindsley helps lead business development efforts and strategic advisory engagements with hospitals, health systems, and industry partners.  With over 15 years of consulting, project management and health administration experience, she has extensive knowledge in working with health systems to grow market share by evaluating their campuses and networks for growth opportunities including feasibility studies, master planning, and ambulatory network planning efforts.  She has served as faculty with American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), speaking on developing ambulatory networks and associated physician alignment strategies. 

Prior to Percival Health Advisors, Lindsley has worked across the healthcare spectrum with both payers and providers as Director of Advisory Services at Hammes Company, Vice President of Strategy and Physician Relations at Swedish Medical Center (HCA) and as a Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.  She is a Fellow of ACHE, recipient of the ACHE Regent Award for Young Healthcare Executives and has served various roles on the boards of the Colorado Association of Health Care Executives (CAHE) and the Greater Denver Chapter of National Association of Health Service Executives (NAHSE).

 

Jake Dinnen, NexCore

Jake is the director of a team of leasing professionals responsible for 2.1 million square feet of developed and managed assets in 20 cities across the United States as well a Project Manager responsible for capital improvements and tenant improvements. His responsibilities include: Establishing leasing goals for individuals as well as the overall company, increasing occupancy of the company's overall portfolio, enforcing accountability, setting annual bonus compensation, setting and staying with in marketing budgets, maximizing efficiencies between departments through cross collaboration, ensuring the companies needs are being met by all employees.

 

Stuart Thomas, Cushman Wakefield

Stuart Thomas is a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield and leads the healthcare advisory group for C&W’s Colorado region.  Stuart’s team focusses exclusively within the healthcare field and provides a diverse range of strategic advisory services for their clients.  The Colorado Cushman & Wakefield Healthcare team offers services for physician tenants, medical office building owners, hospital systems, mental and behavioral health systems, ancillary healthcare providers, and nationwide investment requirements.  Stuart is founder and managing member of Healthcare Equity Group, LLC and SCS Equity Group, LLC, a physician based private equity syndication platform focusing on community dependent real estate investments.
