This event will feature the latest on trends in Affordable Housing and future projects in Colorado.

Many of us can relate to the pressing issues relating to affordable housing. There are mounting obstacles associated with rising interest rates and high cost of the average home in Colorado. This leads to affordability disappearing for many, difficulty qualifying for mortgages, rising rents; and finally, incomes needing to be increased to accommodate these challenges in a place where growth doesn’t seem to be slowing. Housing that’s become hard to afford creates a chain reaction affecting education, business, the economy, neighborhood stability, crime rates and the environment. Join SMPS Colorado at the next luncheon to hear from the experts addressing these many challenges and related opportunities.
