We’ll be touring a variety of job sites in different stages of construction. You will get a guided tour by the Project Superintendent explaining the construction approach and what makes that project unique, and learn the design intent from the Architect and select Subcontractor Partners. This development is a 300-unit multifamily project featuring 12 live/work units and 12 townhome units. The main building includes 276 one- and two-bedroom units wrapped around a six-story, 469-stall parking garage. Onsite amenities include two interior courtyards, an outdoor swimming pool and spa located in the larger courtyard; pergola’s over outdoor seating areas, exterior grilling stations, Aqua Lounge, Fitness Center, Club Room, Yoga Room, Demonstration Kitchen, Private dining area, bike wash and bike storage areas.

Construction Start – January 2017  |  Anticipated Completion – August 2018, 20 months.

Safety Note: Project sites will be ACTIVE AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Personal Protective Equipment will be provided and required to be worn during the site tour. Safety vest and eye wear will be provided (Only hard hat may be kept; all other gear must be returned). In addition, the following dress attire is required: Boots (work or hiking), pants, shirt with sleeves.
