2100 Welton will be the latest addition to Denver’s skyline in the luxury high-rise rental market. This impressive 18 story, cast-in-place facility is in the heart of downtown Denver working on a very complex, 1.57 acre site. The project will require two tower cranes to successfully deliver the 329 unit building—spanning over 486,000 GSF. The project site is tight, essentially a full half of a city block with one side constrained by an operational light rail track and one other side constrained by a concurrent construction project across 22nd street.

All attendees will receive an SMPS branded hard hat! 

*Parking Notice: there is 2-hour street parking a few paid parking lots available in the area. Please plan accordingly and carpool/walk/use public transportation when possible.*

**Safety Note: Project sites will be ACTIVE AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Personal Protective Equipment will be provided and required to be worn during the site tour. Safety vest and eye wear will be provided (Only hard hat may be kept; all other gear must be returned). In addition, the following dress attire is required: Boots (Work or hiking), pants, shirt with sleeves. A safety waiver will be sent out to all registrants to complete and bring to the site tour.**
