Christine King, FSMPS, CPSM Business Development — The Weitz Company
Over the course of her career, Christine has provided marketing and business development leadership and support to architecture, engineering, and construction firms across Colorado. She is a Fellow in the Society for Marketing Professional Services (FSMPS), a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and in 1997 received the Leonardo Award, the highest award given by SMPS/Colorado. Christine has been active with SMPS locally and nationally, serving twice as Colorado Chapter President (2000-2001 and 2004-2005) and as Chair for the SMPS Marketing Communications Awards in 2012. She has been in the A/E/C industry for more than 30 years and has published and presented to a number of industry associations including AIA and SMPS. Christine currently serves as Chapter Champion for the SMPS Colorado Chapter.

Mike Redmond Associate Vice President, Physical Plant/Capital Projects — Regis University
Mike Redmond has been at Regis University for almost 21 years. He oversees the entire Plant and manages all Capital Projects at the University. Prior to working at Regis, Mike worked a short three-year stint with the State on developing a Master Plan and overseeing the Plant and Capital Projects at Front Range Community College’s five locations. Prior to working with the State, he served his country for 21 years in the Air Force and performed as a Civil Engineer. He has maintained millions of square footage worldwide and also pulled 64 facilities out of the ground for all facets of use from runways, hangers, to Chapels and several Administrative and Academic buildings along the way.

Mike Turman Director, Projects, Safety & Security — Auraria Higher Education Center Facilities Services
Mike is responsible for design and construction, environmental health and safety, life safety, access control, and electrical systems on the Auraria Campus, Colorado's largest campus by student body population. Mike is a Downtown Denver Partnership Leadership Program alumnus and his Tivoli Quad and Science Building projects have both been recognized as Denver Downtown Partnership Projects of the Year.

James Rosner Associate Vice Chancellor — University of Denver
James Rosner is the Associate Vice Chancellor, Facilities Management and Planning overseeing the Capital Projects and Planning, Facilities Management, Business Operations, Real Estate and Auxiliary Services, and Parking and Mobility Services for the University of Denver. He leads a staff of 283 employees and manages annual budgets totaling $37.5 million as well as $250 million in capital expenditure projects for the University of Denver's 3.8 million square foot/125-acre campus.
