Patrick Rowe, Redevelopment Coordinator

Patrick Rowe is a member of the City of Fort Collins Economic Health Office Team.  Patrick serves as the City’s Redevelopment Coordinator, where his primary focus is to the Fort Collins Urban Renewal Authority (URA) where he manages URA redevelopment projects and programs, as well as the URA’s operations and budget.  Additionally, Patrick serves as the Economic Health Office lead on City redevelopment projects, grants, and public-private partnership opportunities.  Patrick is a graduate of Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in finance and real estate.
