Matt McBride | Confluence Companies
Matt is a founding member of Confluence Companies and is the President of Construction. While with Confluence, Matt was part of the team that completed the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Denver, the biggest private development in Denver's history. Before joining the Confluence Team, Matt worked for the national merchant developer/builder Trammell Crow Residential and regional commercial contractor GE Johnson Construction Company.

   

 

 

Dean Barber | Confluent Development
Dean Barber has more than 28 years of development experience. As the leader of development management for Confluent Development, his project experience spans build-to-suit, multi-tenant office, medical office buildings and surgery centers, hospitals, retail campuses, hospitality, multi-family and light industrial business parks as well as large mixed-use land developments. Previously, Barber served as senior vice president of development management for McWhinney, overseeing the execution of the firm’s commercial, hospitality and multi-family developments since 2002.

   

 

 

Daniel Nichols | Nichols Partnership
Daniel Nichols is currently a project manager for the Nichols Partnership, managing commercial, residential and hospitality developments throughout Denver and Boulder. He began his real estate career as a commercial broker for NAI Shames Makovsky in Denver, CO.  As a member of the Corporate Services team, he focused on tenant representation, facilitating both commercial leases as well as investment sales.

   

 

 

Jordan Berger | 
Tetrad Property Group
Jordan Berger is the Vice President of Operations for Tetrad Property Group. He has more than 15 years of development experience in the Mid-West and Rocky Mountain Region. Jordan is responsible for managing the P3 relationship between Colorado State University and Tetrad Property Group. Prior to leading the Colorado State P3 effort, Jordan was the Development and Finance Manager for the Nebraska Innovation Campus, a P3 relationship between Tetrad Property Group and the University of Nebraska.

Urban Ventures, LLC.
Susan Powers is the President of Urban Ventures LLC, a real estate development company in Denver which she created in 1998. Urban Ventures focuses its efforts in urban neighborhoods, close to the core of downtown. In each development there is a strong emphasis on community building in the context of social, environmental and economic viability.
