After Hours
The After Hours committee arranges social events for SMPS members to network and get to know one another. The purpose of these events are to meet in a casual setting and cover a brief topic to get the conversation started. A recent focus of this committee is to have tours f member firms projects. The committee is responsible for arranging the place, topic (speakers) and food/beverage.

Communications
This committee is responsible for raising awareness of SMPS as THE marketing resource for the built environment. Committee duties include overseeing the website and advertisements in media sponsored media and writing press releases to assist in promoting SMPS activities.
Education
Chapter education programs help companies enhance the skills of their marketing professionals with learning experiences that target every level of the services marketing and business development profession. Our seminars, workshops, and webinar programs enhance the marketer's performance and knowledge, as well as build a strong community of peers. Committee duties include developing topics, selecting speakers, preparing informational pieces, and coordinating with the Communications committee.

Membership

Programs

Golf
Our Special Events Committee is responsible for organizing the Annual Golf Tournament to benefit Habitat for Humanity, of Metro Denver, as well as our Annual Ski Trip. This year's Golf Tournament was held at Fossil Trace Golf Club in Golden. We had over 120 participants and raised a substancial amount of money for Habitat for Humanity.
Ski Trip
The Ski Trip Committee is responsible for organizing the annual ski trip. Committee responsibilities include selecting the location, arranging transportation, soliciting sponsorships and coordinating the event.
