It’s a new year. Your strategic plan is in place and you’ve set some big, lofty goals that you know your firm will meet. Your marketing team is excited and energized to forge ahead and make great strides in 2010.
But now what?
Everyone likes to think big, but making a marketing plan work in the midst of deadlines has proven a challenge for many marketers. At the next Leadership Forum, Leslie Peterson, Client Development Manager for Omaha-based Lamp, Rynearson & Associates, will discuss how their firm is doing just that.
With the economy looming negatively at the end of 2008, Lamp, Rynearson’s president thought it was necessary to emphasize the importance of customer service and become more aware of marketing opportunities while involving employees throughout the firm. The Tao of Wow was born. Their goal was to lead their employee team toward a path of "marketing enlightenment" —a little out there for some engineers— while obtaining firm wide buy in to keep their plan on track.
Learn how to move from big picture strategy to implementation, how to motivate staff while thinking out of the box and how one firm has been successful going from big picture planning to getting things done.
