Everyone talks about being more strategic in their marketing and business development approach, and this seminar gives attendees the tools to do it. Led by expert Susan Grattino of Korat Marketing, this interactive presentation will step attendees through developing a marketing strategy, discuss the importance of marketing and sales working together, and illustrate how implementing a strategic plan can positively impact a company’s bottom line.

Susan Grattino consults on the development of strategic and tactical marketing plans. Her specialty is market research, marketing planning and tactical implementation of marketing programs.
Prior to starting Korat Consulting, Susan was Director of Marketing Services for a marketing consulting firm where she managed the development of strategic and tactical marketing plans, developed financial models, and managed marketing program implementation. She also served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Adelphia Communication’s largest area office. In this role, she managed all marketing and sales activities such as local media development and placement, co-marketing partnership development and strategic planning.
Susan has experience writing business plans, human resource training manuals and disaster recovery plans as an independent consultant. She has worked both domestically and internationally throughout Europe, South America and Asia.
Susan holds a dual undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems and Accounting, and achieved Certified Public Accountant designation in 1996. Susan also holds a graduate degree in International Management with a concentration in international marketing and finance.
