| Event Description |
An important tool that AEC firms should use to gain a competitive edge before and during the proposal process is the SWOT analysis. Identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of your firm or project team will give you a remarkable advantage in a market that grows increasingly competitive. Learn how to successfully conduct a SWOT analysis, identify when it's helpful or appropriate to use one, and why the process is so vital to marketing and proposal preparation. This session will include a one-hour presentation followed by a one-hour hands-on SWOT analysis workshop.
